Fitness Group Classes

BEARFIT:

BearFit is our high intensity bootcamp! BearFit is a fun, energetic, high rep, minimal weight, moving the whole time type of class. We know time is of the essence, and sometimes our schedules only allow for so much.  We offer two different session 30 minutes or 50 minutes. Each are jam packed with warm up, workout, cool down!

50 BearFit $110

MON-FRI @ 6:15AM SAT @10AM • 50 MINUTES

 

Unlimited BearFit + Open gym $125

MON-FRI @ 6:15AM & SAT @10AM • 50 MINUTES

MON-FRI @ 7:05AM & • 30 MINUTES

*Unlimited means you can join either 30 min or 50 min BearFit. Along with Unlimited time with open gym!

LEGEND BEARFIT:

Are you retired or an older Athlete? Feel like none of these options are for you? Although we know all of our programming has the ability to be modified and scaled for anyone! Join us three times a week for a class that is reserved just for you. This class focuses on everyday functional movements and community!

New to Crossfit?

CROSSFIT:

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time—or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

*if you have never done CrossFit before — 2 - two hour 'basic' session are needed prior to joining a class*

If you have never done CrossFit this 'BASICS' class is essential to get started. We start with the basic body weight movements and work our way up to all the Olympic and Powerlifting movements. This class will provide you the necessary tools, progressions and foundation to move safely and effectively all while expanding your Fitness Library.

1ST MONTH INCLUDES:

- Unlimited Open gym, BearFit and CrossFit

- 'in body' scan [your starting point]

OPEN GYM:

This space you can come and go as you please. You can follow your own programming and schedule. The space is provided for those that want extra time beyond classes or those who are not one to join a class setting.

Unlimited Open Gym $75

MON-FRIDAY @ 5:15AM-8PM SAT @ 7-12PM
